FYI - MLS currently shows this listing (MLS# 1324785) as A/C, but the contingency is that the current Buyer must sell a home. The Seller feels ample time has been given to the current Buyer to sell the home, but it still has not sold, and at this point back-up offers are very much encouraged. The current contract has a 72 hr. kick out clause, so if you have a prospective Buyer that is pre-approved for a loan, or plans to pay cash, a good back-up offer has an excellent chance of being accepted.
