Post License Real Estate Class OfferedWhat: Where: When: August 9 - Tuesday 10:00 am to 5 pm - Module 2 - Real Estate Contracts August 10 - Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - Module 3 - Ethics and Real Estate August 11 Thursday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - Module 4 - Measurements and Valuation August 12 - Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - Module 5 - Fair Housing Instructor: Cynthia Williams To Register for Post Licensing email:Cynthia.Williams@agentowned.comCost and New Enrollment Policy:AgentOwned Agent Cost for Class is $150 - due and payable 1 week before class - All checks must be paid by August 1, 2016 to confirm class attendance. All enrolled students must complete all 5 days of class to get the Post Licensing Certificate. If all days of class are attended, your $150 check will be refunded - unless you have not had your first closing with AgentOwned. A No show or a missed class day will result in the loss of your $150 check. No exceptions will be made. Non- AgentOwned Agent Cost for Class is $275. If paid 10 days before class, a $25 discounted fee will be applied = $250 if paid by July 29, 2016. If paid 1 week before class, the full $275 fee will be charged. All checks must be paid by August 1, 2016 to confirm class attendance. All enrolled students must complete all 5 days of class to get the Post Licensing Certificate.
