Not that you need it but have you given any thought to other reasons why you would join Brand Name Real Estate other than the absolutely fantastic commission plans?

Did you know that one of the largest franchise’s in North America actually advertises that they do not do marketing for their agents because it is up to the agents to do themselves? They use this as a selling feature! Maybe you have seen these ads? This is a tremendous success story to say the least if you have not heard.

Next Question: Does this theory make sense? Well absolutely we think so. Why would you want to pay high fees only to have someone advertise for you when the truth of the matter is all listings are very easy to find online no matter what company you are with as long as the sellers agrees to allow them to be. Did you know the majority of all living human beings look online when looking to buy a home in the United States of America?

Have you given any thought into looking into their commission splits, their monthly fees and the royalty fees you have to pay them?

Did you know at our company we have a 100% plan for just $200 a month and an 85% plan without any fees period. Did you know that we do not have a royalty fee?

You know either we are a little confused or our concept just plainly makes sense.
