Dear Agents,
We have a
physical office in Charleston and Columbia but we are accepting agents all over
SC. (ie: Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, Florence
and Myrtle Beach)
If you have
your own client base and/or you are able to produce your own leads you owe it
to yourself to consider joining Brand Name Real Estate.
Our fee for
a true 100% commission split is just $200.00 a month. There is not a
transaction fee or a royalty fee of any kind on your deals. We will write you a
check back for the same amount. Only other company fee
is our annual E&O fee of $300. Nothing is hidden.
Also if you
send us an agent we waive your monthly fee for 3 months. (We will give you a
credit for $600.00)
So basically
if you bring in enough agents you will never pay anything for a true 100% split
and the worse case scenario is you would pay as much as $2,700 a year which
includes your E&O insurance.
