Brand Name was established in 2004 from Chris and Jessica Brand’s home but we started recruiting agents to Brand Name Real Estate on a part time basis in 2008 and then when we moved to our downtown Charleston location in 2009 it became a full time operation and we are now one of the top 10 largest companies in South Carolina.

Our deal is that we hire only experienced agents and then pay them an actual and not made up 100 percent commission for just $200.00 per month. And yes this includes, E&O Insurance, Credit Card Processing, Direct Deposit and a very quick turnaround time on commission checks. Also each of our offices has a very good commission plan without a monthly fee if you ask.

We feel you will find the prices very reasonable at this store being it is not a profit center for us like with many real estate companies and they will even send directly to your home. Also note the custom sign template is meant to be used by agents who desire to use their own logo with their marketing plan. “Branding Your Own Name” and making your own decisions is what Brand Name Real Estate is all about.

As many of you know there are many companies trying to move into the 100 percent commission game throughout the United States and we are of course excited about seeing this entrepreneurialism. That being said many of these companies do not provide a proper office website for each of their locations which we feel is extremely important in establishing yourself with a reputable company. Instead a list of services that sounds good at first but in reality provides little or no service to their agents is generally what a solid web presence is replaced with while they hope that most real estate agents just do not understand the difference at least in our opinion. Of course what seems to happen is that they end up hiring very inexperienced agents who are unlikely to succeed.

What is different about Brand Name Real Estate is that we have experienced Managing Brokers and staff that will help you with whatever you are working on when needed and who will stay out of your way when they are not needed. It is of course up to you to ultimately succeed but an experienced broker to help you structure your deals and to guide you with your marketing plan is about all an experienced agent can expect even from a company charging very high fees.

While in the beginning fresh out of real estate school we do acknowledge that all agents might be the same to some degree it is our belief that not all experienced agents are the same.

What is important to understand about Brand Name Real Estate is that we cut back on expenses so we can pay you better but we never cut back on expenses with regards to what is going to make the group successful. Sure we may not provide post cards for example but most agents are not interested in this type of thing and we can guide the agents who are to the best vendors to provide post cards and to even mail them out. The idea with your new earnings is to invest back into your own business and to increase your production more than was ever possible at a more traditional company.

But with things like providing a Professional Website for your office we are 100 percent on it in the same we pay you a True 100 Percent Commission.  Obviously it would not be fair to an individual agent to maintain a website for his or her entire office.

It is our goal to provide an agent with at least 18 months of experience with the minimum or maximum number of tools necessary to accomplish their goals just depending on how you look at it.

Things like more money, a professional office website, a professional corporate website, quick turn around on checks and brokers keeping up with changes in real estate law are the kind of things we feel the experience agent needs and these are the kind of agents we want.
