Should I start my own real estate company?
“Many people believe it makes more
sense than paying a lot of fees and many people believe you need to invest in
your own marketing to have any credibility.”
“An argument against this is that
joining with Brand Name Real Estate is even less expense than starting your own
company and that there is an advantage to being with a larger organization.”
Should I Join Brand Name Real Estate?
“Well if you believe that you are
the key to your own success unless you just enjoy giving away money there are
lots of people who would agree that YES you should.”
But don’t all companies have to collect roughly same amount of money to operate?
“Brand Name Real Estate has reduced
unnecessary expenses.”
But What
Expenses? How can this be?
“Well the cost of offices for one.
It is not the 1980’s. The MLS no longer comes in the mail to the office and we
no longer generally speaking keep keys at the office. Offices at one time served
as places to view the MLS, to pick up a key and to pick up signs that can be
sent directly to your home these days. Obviously in the 1980’s a lot of offices
where needed where today you really only need a small one for the bookkeeper.”
Why do all Real Estate Companies not reduce their Expenses?
“Who knows? All I know is that Brand
Name Real Estate who was established in 2004 has reduced their expenses.”
Is it true that Brand Name Real Estate is offering 3 months of fees at No Charge for Realtors and Broker Associates signing up by the end of the year?
“YES
it is true and this is a very exciting offer for self-sufficient Realtors and

What are Brand Name Real Estate Fees to Receive 100% of
Your Commission?
“They
are just $200.00 a month. You know $2,400 per year. Receive a check for $10,000
and they write one back for $10,000 for example.”
OK well the fees are obviously less than me acting a Broker-in-Charge of myself but I have been planning on starting my own company as soon as I had the confidence to go out on my own. Can I still do this and you know just outsource the admin type of bookkeeping, sign design and web exposure to Brand Name Real Estate?
“Absolutely. From what
I understand a lot of the Realtors and Broker Associates at Brand Name Real
Estate have their own Corporations and LLCs. It seems all savvy business owners
these days outsource when they can save money. I for one am all about being
savvy and building my own business for me. You know sometimes you just have to
take a stand for what you believe in and lead by example. I mean it is not like
I am not capable of being my own BIC with but it is just nice to have someone
there especially when considering it is even less expensive to be with them
than having my own company which we all know is much more cost effective than
being with a traditional company. Also I just hired a housekeeper. And of
course I know how to keep a tidy home but I am just saying it is nice to have
someone else do this for me and it is cool knowing I created a job for someone
else! I feel like I am going to be a
part of history for the Positive Change I am helping create by being a part of
Brand Name Real Estate. I may only be thirty-something (lol)
years old but I feel my accomplishments are something I will be able to share
with my grandkids ones of these days. It is just exciting being a part of
something so big and not the same old something that might not be even around
when my kids are my age.”
So the bottom line is that there seems to be a trend with
regards to individual Realtors and Broker Associates starting their own
companies to Reduce Expenses but you can do Even Better by Joining Brand
Name Real Estate!
