People who know you are with Brand Name Real Estate can find you by typing in Brand Name Real Estate to any search engine such as Google. We have option to link to our agent’s IDXs to Search for Homes and their websites so that Our Agents will receive the leads directly without them passing through the brokerage taking our control of your leads away. So in short no need to worry about the impossible.

3. We do not pretend that money we spend online to generate buyer’s leads is advertising for your listings. All listings online get about the same amount of exposure these days due to Broker Reciprocity no matter which broker you are with and we want to be honest about this. 4. Some of our offices do have Office Websites but keep in mind these are the same as agent websites these days which an agent can build themselves to generate a Ton of Leads for very little money.

5. We of course encourage our agents to generate their own leads and we have classes to show them how. And yes we know how to do this and keep the cost way down! We are not just pretending to be tech savvy. Imagine if you could have as many leads for yourself as your entire office is fighting over? Agents give up over half their income sometimes for this opportunity, but at Brand Name Real Estate we can keep your cost down to almost nothing comparatively to what many companies charge which provide basically zero modern day guidance.

6. At Brand Name Real Estate we market our brokerage as one that has independent agents who make their own choices. This makes an impression to the public and it will help you get more listings.

We have an online sign store where you can create a custom sign which helps you stand out from the crowd though we will always have an affiliate of Brand Name Real Estate on the bottom so you will have the advantage of the Branding you do for Your Own Team Name as well as the Advantage of having Your Brokerage Name on your signs. In most cases you will find these signs to be less expensive than alternatives. You will even find a link to design your Own Team Logo at this online store for very little money.
