It has been confirmed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission that we are the 4th largest real estate company in the state.
We only started recruiting agents in 2008 and we only became serious about it by rolling out our 100% plan sometimes in 2009. We also only started recruiting agents outside of Charleston just a few months ago. That being said it seems likely if we started out in all of these other areas in 2009 that we would be 4 times the size which would move us up.
Our answer is first of all that it does not matter being our agents run individual companies and we only serve as portal to facilitate what they are doing. We would also say no matter how you might slice a tomato that we have grown a big enough business to give our statements credibility. We are not a franchisee and the only people who have done anything much to help us grow our business are our agents.
In addition we have just begun. So in other words if being with a company with the very highest sales volume is something that despite our logic of not making any sense is important to you, then you had better look out! It is just a matter of time before we caught up so you can have the status of being one of our first agents years down the road if you join with us soon, and quite frankly if you do not want this status it is you’re privilege not to join soon. We do not try to control what our agents do as independent contractors and we certainly do not want to control what other broker’s agents do either.
