Dear SC Realtors,

As our government and our large corporations have grown in size these last few years, while our economy has weakened, I have heard a lot of controversy with regards to what our government should pay for and what it should not.

What this tells me is something has fundamentally changed with regards to the economics in America and that a fundamental change with regards to how American people view their role in society is in order.

It is also my belief that regardless of if our congress people are made up of Republicans or Democrats that not much noticeable fundamental economic change will occur in  the immediate future, because of our large corporations' enormous ideological influence on politics. For this reason I would like to encourage my fellow Realtors to put more energy into what they can do to promote the betterment of society and not what our government or our large corporations can do.

To clarify my message I do not feel it is realistic that the system in this country with regards to how things are decided, will change until people in this society advance economically on their own as much as possible, without legislation that creates change.

I feel when the majority of today's Americans rich or poor including myself advance as much as possible economically, despite the odds working against us all, than it will be possible our voice will be heard with regards to enacting positive fiscal change that will benefit all Americans for generations to come and of course protect our children's individual freedoms well into the future.

But how do we go about doing this?

I do know that from my life studies that when there are many companies that produce a product or service, that not only does it create more jobs, but it increases wages, and that it also brings down the cost of the product or service. Also by doing these things it keeps the need for higher taxes down as Americans do not need as much assistance from our government in prosperous economies.  What I am speaking about is a patch to an economy that is stable, that rewards the hardest workers the most and treats everyone fairly, that is sustainable for generations to come.

The product or service of course could be anything including a platform to sell real estate from. Of course keep in mind I for one have to afford a living like anyone else, so the ideologies that I am selling, if bought, will of course benefit me as well, and after all I am part of society so it could be arguably difficult for me to help society, without me helping myself which is something I feel is worth noting.

But to summarize what I am trying to articulate is that I really feel that small business has the ability to make large business smaller in relation to other business and the smaller large business becomes in relation to other business, the more room there will be for even more small business.  But to reiterate, again I believe in time what I have just mentioned has the possibility to create not only more jobs, but also higher wages, more affordable products and services, and to give congress men and women the ability to lower taxes.

So what exactly am I suggesting?

I am suggesting if you have the ability to start your own business even if you are the only employee, this alone will create a small change and that a whole bunch of small change amounts to more than a large change in time.

I feel if even just a small percentage of people who are reading this newsletter will follow my lead, that other people will follow their lead, and that people who follow the other peoples lead, will follow their lead and so on, and that America will be restored to the country it use to be, because this will be the time when the "peoples" voices are truly once again heard!

OK so maybe you agree, but you are asking how is it that you Chris Brand, founder of the small business named Brand Name Real Estate is going to help? After all you are asking us to help, but what are you going to do! Right?

Keep in mind if despite our efforts, if you simply just do not currently have enough income to get started, if you simply just encourage other Realtors with your brokerage who do have the ability to do this, that your current brokerage might have to work harder to keep you, which just might be the edge you need to prosper enough to take advantage of our program! Have you ever heard the saying if you do what is right prosperity will find you?

Well in summary there are a lot of fundamental economic problems plaguing America today, though if we work together, I feel there is a reason to be optimistic!

In conclusion, when we help ourselves it creates productivity which benefits all Americans which in time comes back around to help us even more. So when we do it the way I am suggesting from my perspective, it seemingly helps us twice, which is a very powerful incentive to do what is right!
