Brand Name Real Estate is one of the youngest companies
in Charleston SC having only started hiring agents around April of 2008.
That being said Brand Name Real Estate ranked # 6 in
selling side transactions over the last 30 days. Brand Name Real Estate is an
innovated company which was started in Charleston without a track record and is
already gaining significant ground in a very short period of time.
The speed at which Brand Name Real Estate has
been growing has picked up a great deal in recent months.
Real Estate agents feel this company is the best one to
be at to serve their clients and this is why there is such a rush to join us.
Imagine
what our numbers will look like in a few years. If you are serious about seeking

I moved my license to Brand Name Real Estate in December
2010, as a result of doing the math for my forthcoming tax preparation. To
think that "the big name real estate companies" out there are still
living in the past is ludicrous. Where it was an accepted practice for them to
take a significant chunk of change out of an agent's commission check, in
addition to charging enormous desk fees and more, these economic times for the
housing industry do not make that a feasible business plan for an agent any
longer. I only wish that I had made the switch to Brand Name Real Estate sooner
than later, as I would have a considerably higher balance in my bank accounts
right now!
The camaraderie is great, because the agent's are working
hard and smart, knowing that they will retain the lion's share of their
hard-earned commissions! Thank you Jessica and Chris Brand for making this
happen. It is appreciated by all and your continuing hard work and professional
posture are reflected in the growing number of agents, who cross over to our
side each and every day! Way to go...thanks for making a difference and giving the
agents an option and more control over their incomes!

I've been a Realtor at Brand Name Real Estate (BNRE) for
over a year now and can say with enthusiasm that the support provided to agents
(& thus to customers) has been very consistent, satisfactory and is getting
better all the time! Plus with the motivation I, and my fellow agents, happily
bring to the opportunity of being a licensed professional independent real
estate agent and the added control over the cost to a seller or the expense to
a buyer in each transaction my business, along with many other agents' has been
