COVID-19 UPDATE

We understand that you are still getting listings, setting up showings, going to closings, and that all the other business of Real Estate must continue. But we have heard from some clients who are dealing with concerned sellers about showings and random people walking through their homes. We get it.

This would be a great time to point out that we are ideally suited to alleviate this problem. With a single visit from us, we can capture your entire property - inside and out - and post your tour to the MLS and provide you with links to share the tour on your own website and social media platforms. This will present a 24/7 Open House. No one need visit the house just to "browse" or "take a peek". Potential buyers can stay at home and see everything without any disruption to the seller.

We are fortunate that most of our work is done without much direct person-to-person contact. In fact, we have always suggested that homeowners/residents not be present when we shoot our tours. This is primarily so we are not stepping on each other’s toes while shooting. Now there’s the added focus of “social distancing”. When we enter a home to shoot, we generally only touch light switches and doorknobs. We will be using sanitizing wipes and/or hand gel before and after entry to ensure our safety and the safety of anyone who occupies the home.
