CTAR has recently announced that CubiCasa is now available for every agent to make free floorplans...and that is great news for the agents. As a reminder, CVH360 has been including 2D floorplans with every tour for the last two years. And as a Preferred Photographer for CubiCasa, we can provide a good bit more than what you will have free access to.

Agents will be able to scan their own listings and get the basic floorplan that shows room labels, walls, windows , and doors...and that's about it. If you want to display appliances and plumbing fixtures, you will need to pay an upgrade fee. Oversized property? Another fee. With a CubiCasa floorplan through CVH360, your default floorplan is already the upgraded 2D floorplan with fixtures and appliances...and there is NEVER an oversized property charge. And if you want to upgrade further to 3D staged floorplans or 3D Rendered Walkthrough videos, our Preferred Photographer status means we can deliver those for less than what you would be charged.

And most importantly, we do the scanning for you. This frees up your time to be out selling more homes or signing more clients!

According to NAR, buyers and sellers rank floor plans as the 2nd most important MLS media asset. The included floorplan will display the fixed furniture, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. If you want to virtually stage your floorplan in full color, we can offer upgrade options so you can make your floorplan stand out.

Compare apples to apples:

• Lite 2D Floorplan (this is what agents will get doing it themselves...with no address header)
• Plus 2D Floorplan (this is what you get as a default from CVH)
• Plus 3D Floorplan

If you want the ultimate WOW factor, the 3D rendered video with virtual staging is it! We can scan a property with or without furniture and personal effects and deliver to you a fully staged 3D walk-through video. • You will have the option to opt-out of the included floorplan for any reason on any tour order by selecting "DECLINED" from the Floorplan Upgrade dropdown menu. If you change your mind down the road, you can always come back and choose one of our Floorplan Only packages, starting at $100.
