The included floorplan will have the room labels, dimensions, & doors/windows shown. If you want to display the fixed furniture, plumbing fixtures, and appliances or even want to virtually stage your floorplan in full color, we can offer upgrade options so you can make your floorplan stand out. All 2D floorplans are delivered SAME DAY!

If you want the ultimate WOW factor, the 3D rendered video with virtual staging is it! We can scan a property with or without furniture and personal effects and deliver to you a fully staged 3D walk-through video. If you have a "problem property" or a "fixer-upper" that may not photograph well, consider the Rendered 3D Video so you won't have to worry about how the property looks right now.

If you already have your listing photos covered, we would love to help you with a Floorplan Only package with the same upgrade opportunities.

You will have the option to opt-out of the included floorplan for any reason on any tour order by selecting "DECLINED" from the Floorplan Upgrade dropdown menu. If you change your mind down the road, you can always come back and choose one of our Floorplan Only packages, starting at $100.

This change will level the playing field for all agents. Zillow & Matterport tours have already included a 2D floorplan as part of their packages... but now EVERYONE WINS with enhanced marketing tools!

There will be some slight modifications to some of the package prices as we realign and simply packages and ordering processes, but any increase will be offset by the value added with the measured floorplan that will now come to you automatically. Our goal is to provide you with a one-stop option for your listing marketing efforts!
