After speaking to the support staff at Realtor.com recently, we have learned that there are currently about 500 Multiple Listing Services across the country that allow their users' virtual tours to be automatically pulled into Realtor.com's database. CTARMLS already has agreements in place with Realtor.com for the sharing of listing photos. With the recent conversion to the FlexMLS system, the additional function of sharing virtual tours would be a relatively easy enhancement.

If there is enough interest directly from the agents in the area, then Realtor.com can reach out to the leadership at CTARMLS to speak on your behalf and begin the discussions necessary to allow that access.
