Ø Compare our 100% plan with a $200.00 a month fee to Company X with a 70% split and a 5% royalty coming off the top.

Ø First Example: $10,000 in Annual Gross Commissions.

·         (10,000)(.95) = 9,500(.70) = $6,650

·        10,000 - $2,400 = $7,600

·        On our plan you profit an additional $950.00

Ø Second Example: $70,000 in Annual Gross Commissions

·        (70,000)(.95) = 66,500(.70) = $46,550

·        70,000 – 2400 = $67,600

·        On our  plan you profit an additional $21,050.00

Ø Note it is assumed in these comparisons that only BNRE has a monthly fee and both companies have a $50.00 E&O fee that they charge on every transaction. Since in this assumption we do not know how many transactions were involved, the $50.00 E&O fee is not figured into the calculations.

 

Ø  Compare our 85% plan with no monthly fee to Company X with a 70% split and a 5% royalty off the top of $5,000.

Ø Only Example: $5,000 in Annual Gross Commissions

·        (5,000)(.95) = $4,750(.70) = $3,325

·        (5,000)(.85) = $4,250

·        On our plan you profit an additional $925.00
