What does Island Realty do?
Island Realty manages a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals on Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, and Sullivan’s Island, ranging from one-bedroom condos to large oceanfront houses. We currently manage around 350 properties.
We have an annual rentals department who manages a similar quantity of properties throughout Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.
Island Realty also manages homeowners associations, or regimes, for neighborhoods or fractional ownerships, similar to a timeshare.
Our inventory of vacation rentals equates to more than 1,200 hotel rooms (Charleston Place, Mills House, Francis Marion, and Charleston Marriott, combined) and we accommodate over 45,000 guests each year.
We also have comprehensive housekeeping and maintenance departments, Isle Clean It and Isle Fix It, which are housed in Mt. Pleasant and provide property services to each business division and private homes.
Island Realty doesn’t sell real estate, but we welcome working with any brokerage to provide property management solutions for their clients.
