Description of Duties:

* Call amazing leads supplied by company within 5 minutes of receipt

* Hold successful open houses

* Listen clearly to customer needs and wants

* Write & negotiate real estate contracts

* Negotiate repair requests

* Be highly coachable and want to learn how to succeed
