Together with a team of design consultants, construction crews, project managers, warranty specialists and sales agents, Rising Tide brings over 100 years collective experience in new home construction and sales to our ever-growing family of customers and clients.

We have built homes throughout the Lowcountry region, including Charleston, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.
