Cancellation & Refund Policy: Appraising Properties with an Accessory Dwelling Unit
All attendee cancellations must be received in writing (either email or mail) prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be made for “No Shows” or cancelations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event. To make changes and cancellations to your registration, submit your request in writing to the address provided. 
Cancel Fees: Up to 15 days prior to the event start date, $25 cancellation Fee. 7-14 prior to the event start date, $50 cancellation fee. Less than 7 days prior to the event start date, no refund and payment forfeited.
