Part-Time Contract Work (2 days a month for about 8-14 hours total)

Property Review/Inspection; CMA Analysis Work; and Attending Foreclosure Auction

Our company is an out-of-area residential property investment firm that buys foreclosure properties in the sub $250k retail range. We are seeking an individual with an active SC Real Estate License who is active in either the CMLS or the PRAR MLS and has detailed market knowledge of the York County market (Rock Hill, York, Fort Mill, Clover, Lake Wylie/Tega Cay). Tasks include:

1) Inspection and review of potential properties- (generally 4-8 hours for 1 specific weekend a month- your choice can be done anytime on either Saturday or a Sunday of that weekend)

2) CMA-type Analysis of the inspected properties that same day/evening. (several hours)

3) Attend the county foreclosure auction in York for 2-3 hours (from 10:30 till early afternoon) the next day. Will always be the first non-holiday Monday of EVERY month.

An Applicant MUST have all Three of the below to be considered:

- An Active SC Real Estate License with current access to the CMLS or the PRAR MLS

- Must be able to attend the county foreclosure auction on the 1^st non-Holiday Monday of EVERY month and be able to do the above inspection, review and CMA analysis on either the Saturday or Sunday preceding that Monday.

- Must have the ability and technology to be able to send digital pictures, PDF files, and communicate by email. This would likely require you to have a computer, a GPS, a digital camera, a scanner, a printer, and your own transportation.

Compensation is $20 hourly plus .25 cents per mile (All miles driven) mileage reimbursement.

-There will not be an opportunity for you to list the properties that we purchase as we list our own properties.

Dates we will need worked for the Next 8 Months:

Either Saturday May 4^th or Sunday May 5^th and Monday May 6^th

Either Saturday June 1^st or Sunday June 2^nd and Monday June 3^rd

Either Saturday June 29^th or Sunday June 30^th and Monday July 1^st

Either Saturday August 3^rd or Sunday August 4^th and Monday August 5^th

Either Saturday August 31^st or Sunday September 1^st and Tuesday September 3^rd

Either Saturday October 5^th or Sunday October 6^th and Monday October 7^th

Either Saturday November 2^nd or Sunday November 3^rd and Monday November 4^th

Either Saturday November 30^th or Sunday December 1^st and Monday December 2^nd
