The grass is not always greener on the other side but it just might be at BrandName Real Estate.

I actually heard there is a company that appears to outperform us by offering 100% commission for only $150.00 a month but from what I understand they charge a $250.00 transaction fee and do not even have an office.

I also have heard that they have an 80% plan which appears to be better than our 75% plan but they charge a $250.00 transaction fee as well.

As you probably know on our 100% plan we charge just $200.00 a month and that is it and on our 75% plan we do not have any company fees at all!

As of today we have over 60 agents for a reason. Everyone knows we tell things the way they are and are not trying to pull off a fast one!
